Shipping, Ordering, and Return Policy

Welcome to Inventive Shop! We are committed to providing you with the best buying experience. We offer various shipping methods to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. Our packaging is carefully designed to protect your items, and we aim to keep the costs as transparent as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to keep you informed every step of the way. 

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business days .

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping  - Delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Free shipping  - Fast delivery within average 1.1 business days. Apply for most Gildan 5000 T-shirt orders.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to only within United States (51 states).

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier delays.

 

Ordering Information

Placing an Order

  • Browse our collection and select the item(s) you wish to purchase.

  • Choose your size and color, then add the item to your cart.

  • Proceed to checkout, where you can review your order, enter your shipping and billing information, and complete the payment.

Payment Methods

  • We accept [list of payment methods, e.g., Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, etc.].

  • All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Order Modifications

  •  Once the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our business partner, Printify, a print-on-demand company,  provides 7/24 customer services for buyers. Printify doesn't typically accept returns or exchanges because products are only made once an order is placed. However, there are some exception for damaged or defective products:

  • If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, Printify may offer a refund or free reprint if the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders. To report an issue, you can: 

    1. Click Submit issue for the affected product 

    2. Select Request refund or Request reprint 

    3. Upload a photo of the product if requested 

    4. Provide any additional information 

    5. Contact Printify using the email address in your order confirmation email​
